With Taskulu chat rooms, you never need to use other messaging services. You could chat with your team about each one of yourprojects, inside them. That helps you have everything in one place and collaborate easier with your team. 

You could enable Taskulu integration with Appear.in to be able to have video chats and video conferences with your team members.

You could upload files, mention tasks or mention your team members in chat rooms.

Messages

In every project there's a default chat room called “Project Conversation”. Every project member is automatically added to this room. You can't delete this room and you're not able to remove members from the room, unless you remove them from the project.  

Besides Project Conversation room, every project member can create new chat rooms and add as many other team members to them as they wish. 

If you’re the one who has created the room, you could see a gear icon. Click on it if you ever needed to delete the room, or remove a member or change the name of the room.  

Create Tasks from Messages

In Taskulu chat rooms you could easily turn a message into a new task, by clicking on the create task above the message.

Pinned Conversations

You could pin important conversations so you'll be able to find them easier. By switching Pinned Conversations on , you only see your pinned conversations.

Chat Box

We will show you how things work in the chat box:

If there be any unread chats in rooms, you will see the number of the messages in front of its name.

Attachments: upload files in conversations. Then you can see all the files on the right side.

Mention User: Call someone you want to announce. If someone mentions you, you will see "@"sign beside chat room's name.

Mention Task: Mention tasks that is need to be announced (just the tasks you can see)

Formatting Help: Gives you basic information on how to mention people or how to make your text bold and so on.
