You could categorize your tasks by using color labels. In Taskulu you have six color labels and one colorless label.

Adding Labels to Tasks

For adding a label color to a task click on the task to open task modal  Then find "Set color" and select the label.

Or you can press the 0,1,2...6 

0 is for colorless and numbers from 1 to 6 for colors.

Removing Labels from Tasks

For removing a label color from a task click on the task to open task modal . Open the labels section and select "No Label".

Adding Tags

Another method of categorizing tasks in Taskulu is adding tags to them. You can add as many tags as you want to a task in its modal. You just need to separate them with a space.

Depending on your level of access, the visibility of the tags will change. The created tags are not visible in the lists and pages you do not have access to.

You could easily categorize your tasks by using search filters. Just search for the label you select and see all your tasks with the same label.
